Kneestop Trial Period
You have as long as you need to try our Kneestops to decide if you like them or not. We understand it may take several days on-bike to get used to them, and sometimes seat time is hard to come by. If they don't end up working out for you, send them back for a full refund, no hassle.
Product Dispatch Times
Most 3HE products, including dark grey or black colorways of kneestop kits, are typically in-stock and usually ship next-day. Other colors are available, but require one-off production over 48 hours, and are sometimes further delayed extra days for material orders.
Strictly out-of-stock products will be listed as Backordered. Any miss-listed product or backorder will trigger an email from a human explaining the particular situation.
Warranty & Product Feedback
Third Horse Engineering products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, abuse, improper installation, or crash damage. During claim review, Third Horse Engineering may opt to partially or fully refund the purchase price, replace the product at discounted or no cost, deny warranty coverage, or any combination of the above.
If you encounter any issue with a product, self-inflicted or otherwise, please contact us and provide as much feedback and information as you are willing. We reserve the right to return the favor if you help us improve!
Liability
All items sold by Third Horse Engineering LLC are intended for off-road or closed-competition use only. The purchaser of any item releases the manufacturer of those items and Third Horse Engineering LLC from all liabilities pertaining to their use. The purchaser recognizes racing is inherently unpredictable and dangerous, and modifying any motorcycle can increase the risk of damage or injury. Installation of all Third Horse Engineering LLC products should be performed by qualified individuals.
Installation or use of Third Horse Engineering LLC products may alter the response of the motorcycle to rider control inputs. Failure to adapt to these changes may cause loss of control and serious injury or death to the rider or others. Improper installation, maintenance, or failure to follow warnings and instructions may cause loss of control and serious injury or death. Do not install or use any Third Horse Engineering LLC product if you are unable to follow all warnings and instructions.
